THE DMI STORY
​DMI was founded in 2019 by Scott and Mark. It was born out of Scott's first company, Aluma Flowers.

Aluma Flowers was founded in 2017 and makes handmade metal flowers from aluminum. They are powder coated and also custom engraved to accommodate occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day, etc.

As Aluma Flowers grew from Scott's basement, to an 800 sq. ft. storage garage, to an 8,000 sq. ft facility, so did the need to be able to cut the flower patterns internally. Scott purchased a 1500W laser to cut the the flat patterns himself. That laser needed to create revenue other than that from cutting flowers, so DMI was born. A small press brake was purchased to be able to bend parts as well. Together, Scott and Mark partnered to launch Dynamic Metal Innovations to fill a gap in the market and provide a one stop solution for businesses to have a wide variety of metal work services to choose from.

DMI continued to add equipment, services, and staff as the needs of our customers continuously evolved. Today, Dynamic Metal Innovations boasts a team of 12 and a 17,000 sq ft. facility in Emmaus, PA. The company and team is continuously improving to ensure we have the best people and the best equipment to serve our customers.
